Pre- and Postnatal

Your periods may be slowing down and stopping, but you don’t have to! In fact, menopause is an essential time to push yourself physically.

Bone loss and body composition shifts are just two common menopause symptoms which can be mitigated by exercise.

Specialized strength training, conditioning, and plyometrics can prevent and replace lost bone, increase muscle mass, and decrease fat mass. My mission is to help my athletes understand what is happening in their bodies and to help them adapt their training to maximize their health, fitness, and performance.
